About Your Instructor, Elle Miller
I am the director and founder of Living Mangaliso. I am passionate about the formation of the individual’s life from the inside out and the outside in. I am a Spiritual Director and yoga teacher. Well, I am a trauma informed yoga specialist. I appreciate that life is hard.
